VANNAMEI SHRIMP / WHITE SHRIMP
(Penaeus Vannamei)
LEAN SHELLFISH WHICH CAN BE COOKED IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS
The vannamei shrimp are farmed in the sea and freshwater in China and Southeast Asia. The main season starts in June and ends in October. During this period there are two harvests.
Packaging and processing can be undertaken according to customers' requirements:
IQF, SEMI-IQF, Block frozen.
Packing: Poly bags or boxes, either for retail, food service or industry.
Processing: HOSO, HLSO, CPD, C+P, raw, blanched or fully cooked. Breaded products are also available.
Vanamei CHOSO:
IQF, blockfrozen
Sizes: 30/50, 40/60, 50/70
Vanamei CPD:
Semi-IQF, blockfrozen
Sizes: 90/120, 100/200
Vanamei CPDTO:
IQF, Semi-IQF, blockfrozen
Sizes: 31/40, 41/50
Packing: 5 kg bulk, 500/1000 gr. retail bags
Production: Cooked, raw, blanched
Processing and packing can be as per customers' requirements.
