Snow Crab
Canadian snow crab are harvested in the cold waters of Eastern Canada. The season begins in April and continues until July.
Common sizes: 5-8 oz and 10-12 oz
Packaging: The products are layer packed in poly bags in a 1x30 lb master carton
Processing: Snow crab product types include cooked clusters, cooked hand-extracted meat and claws
