Lobster

Canadian lobsters are harvested wild in the cold waters of Eastern Canada. The season begins in May and continues until October. There are three main processing times during this period.

Packing: Packed in bulk cartons. The packs include cooked popsicles and whole cooked lobster.

Sizes: The main sizes include 300 gram, 350 gram, 375 gram, 400 gram and 450 gram.

We also pack raw frozen lobster tails with key sizes ranging from 2-3 oz, including all sizes up to 14-16 oz, and cooked lobster meat.
