Alaska pollock - 25-60 cm.

Alaska Pollock is related to the cod family and is caught in the northern part of the Pacific Ocean. The meat is lean with a tender texture and has a uniform white colour. Alaska Pollock is low in fat and calories. The fillets are mainly available as skinless, PBI/PBO and packed as shatterpacked, IQF and blockfrozen.
